Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1-2lb Flank steak

Instructions

  1. Mix together all of your seasonings.
  2. Pat down your meat until it’s dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle liberally with your seasonings, and pat into the meat both sides. 
  3. Cook in your Air Fryer at 380 degrees for your timed preference (8 minutes for rare, 10 for medium, 12 for well – you can also use a meat thermometer to make sure.).
  4. Allow it to rest for about 10-15 minutes before cutting into it.
  5. Slice and serve!
