Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use bread flour instead of all-purpose flour? A: Absolutely! Bread flour can be used for a chewier texture, making your air fryer rolls even more delightful.

Q: Is it necessary to use a stand mixer? A: While a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment makes the process easier, you can certainly knead the dough by hand. It might take a bit longer, but the result will be just as delicious.

Q: How long should I let the dough proof? A: Let the dough proof in a warm place until it doubles in size. This usually takes about 1-2 hours, depending on the warmth of the environment.

Q: Can I make these rolls with whole wheat flour? A: Yes, you can make whole wheat dinner rolls by substituting whole wheat flour for all-purpose flour, though this may change the texture slightly.

Instructions

  1. Ina a mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon of sugar, yeast, and warmed milk. Gently stir a few times and let sit for 5 minutes.
