Easy Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

These air fryer buffalo egg rolls are great to make for lunch or anytime!

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoons of Cavender’s Greek seasoning
  • 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese, cheddar
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 8-10 egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Place two heaping tablespoons of mixture onto the center of an egg roll wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold it close. Fold the left and right corners in overlapping one another. 
  4. Fold the bottom corner up to begin to close the egg roll.
  5. Fold and roll the top corner down enclosing the egg roll.
  6. Cook on 350 in air fryer basket and for 5 minutes on one side and 3 on the next. make sure you spray each side with cooking spray. 
  7. Remove and let cool before eating. 
  8. Dip in your favorite dressing.
