The chicken is put in a tasty marinade and this air fryer chicken skewers recipe is just so good. Depending on the size of your air fryer you will likely have to cut the wooden skewers to the size of your air fryer.
These are fryer chicken kabobs have super easy ingredients:
· 2 chicken breasts cut into 1” pieces
· 2 bell peppers, any color, cut in 1” pieces
· 1/2 purple onion, cut in 1” pieces
· 4 oz of whole mushrooms cut in half
· 2 tablespoons of olive oil
· 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
· 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
· 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
· 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
· 1 teaspoon of dill
· 1 teaspoon of cumin
· 1 teaspoon of parsley
You can use red bell peppers, yellow peppers or both! You won’t need any lemon juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, or red onions for this air fryer chicken kebabs recipe. The grilled chicken, the sauce, these kebab skewers have such a great flavor. Air frying this awesome recipe brings juicy chicken and pieces of veggies for the complete meal. You can even use some pita bread for a side dish!
Easy Greek Air Fryer Chicken Kabobs with Tzatziki Sauce
These air fryer greek chicken kabobs are made directly in your airfryer and are super flavorful and easy to make!
Ingredients
- · 2 chicken breasts cut into 1” pieces
- · 2 bell peppers, any color, cut in 1” pieces
- · 1/2 purple onion, cut in 1” pieces
- · 4 oz of whole mushrooms cut in half
- · 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- · 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- · 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- · 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- · 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
- · 1 teaspoon of dill
- · 1 teaspoon of cumin
- · 1 teaspoon of parsley
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, yogurt, garlic and spices to create marinade
2. Toss onion, peppers, mushrooms and chicken in the Greek marinade. Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Cut skewers to fit your air fryer basket and begin places chicken and vegetables on skewers. Try to evenly distribute pieces.
4. Place skewers in air fryer basket and cook on 400 for 15 minutes. Flip skewers halfway.

Note: for Tzatziki dipping sauce, take marinade ingredients with less oil and more yogurt and combine.
