These delicious air fryer onion rings are so good as a snack, side dish, or even a burger topping!

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet onion
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • 1 ¼ tsp. salt to taste
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ cups Panko
  • Cooking spray (olive oil preferably)

Instructions

  1. Slice your onion into rings. Set aside.
  2. Place in a medium sized bowl your flour, garlic, paprika, and salt. Mix together.
  3. In another bowl, whisk your egg.
  4. In your third bowl, add your panko. 
  5. Dip one onion ring in the flour, then egg, then panko. Place in your air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray. Add as many onions as you can in your basket without overcrowding. 
  6. Cook in your air fryer at 360 degrees for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through at 3 minutes. Spray with cooking oil again.
  7. Repeat step 5 through 6 until all are prepped and cooked!
  8. Enjoy as is or with your favorite dipping sauce!
