- 3-4 slices of bacon, cooked and diced
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley

- 1/4 c of mayonnaise
- 1 T diced pickles
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
How do you make these egg rolls?
To start, you’ll need egg roll wrappers and a mixture of lean ground beef, diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and more to create the delicious cheeseburger filling. Heat up a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat and cook the meat mixture until it’s browned and no longer pink. Then, remove it from the skillet and allow it to cool down a bit.
Now it’s time to start filling the egg roll wrappers with the cheeseburger mixture. Lay each egg roll wrapper flat on your work surface with one corner facing you, so it looks like a diamond shape. In the middle of each wrapper, add a tablespoon of the cheeseburger filling, a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, and a few dill pickle slices.
Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, roll it up halfway, tuck in the sides, and then roll all the way up, sealing the edge with a little water. Repeat until you have filled all of your egg roll wrappers.
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C), and grease the air fryer cooking basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place the cheeseburger egg rolls in the basket, making sure they are in a single layer, and spray the tops lightly with a little oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy.
When they’re done, give them a moment to cool on the air fryer basket, then remove them and place on a paper towel-lined baking sheet to soak up any excess grease. Serve your air fryer cheeseburger egg rolls immediately with your favorite dipping sauce like fry sauce, BBQ sauce, or even a cheese dip.
How do you manage leftovers?
These crispy egg rolls make the perfect appetizer for your next party, and they’re easy to make ahead of time too. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat them in the air fryer for a few minutes to get that crispy texture back.
Overall, these air fryer cheeseburger egg rolls are a fantastic variation on traditional egg rolls, and they make an excellent snack or party food that everyone’s sure to love. Try them out, and you’ll understand why they are becoming one of the most popular recipes on the internet.
Here are some easy tips to make air fryer cheeseburger egg rolls perfect every time:
- Make sure the egg roll wrapper is sealed properly by pressing the edges together well with a dab of water.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket – leave enough space around each egg roll for proper cooking.
- Spray the egg rolls with a little bit of non-stick spray before cooking to get extra crispy.
- Use a meat thermometer to check that the ground beef or turkey has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before placing it in the egg rolls.
- Preheat your air fryer before adding the egg rolls, so they can cook evenly and become crispy.
- When filling the egg rolls, be careful not to overstuff them. A tablespoon of cheeseburger filling, a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, and a few pickle slices should be enough for each egg roll.
- Serve air fryer cheeseburger egg rolls immediately after cooking for best taste and texture.
