Easy Air Fryer Sausage Quiche

Easy Air Fryer Sausage Quiche

This sausage quiche makes for a great breakfast and it's great for meal prep and on the go breakfasts!

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust, 8-9”
  • 2 cups pre-cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 white onion, diced finely
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the air fryer to 325°f.
  2. Roll out the dough and flatten it to fit the 8” pie pan.
  3. Place the pie crust in the pie pan and form it to the pan. Cut the remaining crust outside the pan.
  4. Mix the cheese and sausage crumbles. Add to the pan.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add the seasoning.
  6. Pour the eggs into the pan.
  7. Place the pan into the air fryer basket and cook at 325°f for 15 minutes until the center is firm
  8. Remove basket from the air fryer and let the quiche cook to allow it to solidify. 
  9. Enjoy!
