  • 4 russet potatoes 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper 
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley 
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese 
  • 6 tablespoons of butter

Easy Air Fryer Hassleback Potatoes

These perfectly seasoned easy air fryer hassleback potatoes are so good and it's a great side dish!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 6 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in the microwave for 1-2 minutes to soften them. Cut 1mm slices 3/4 Of the way through potatoes. I use chop sticks as a buffer.
  2. Spray potatoes with oil and salt and pepper them to taste. Cook on 400 for 18 minutes 
  3. While cooking, melt the butter and mix in the cheese, garlic, and parsley. 
  4. Brush mixture onto cooked potatoes and enjoy
