Have you ever made stuffed peppers?

Okay I need to back this dish up a little because I’m sure you guys are wondering how on Earth these roasted stuffed peppers got cooked in an air fryer. Let me tell you, it works great! Now this isn’t my first time stuffing peppers and roasting them in my oven but I figured and air fryer is a great option too!
You really can stuff anything in the air fryer!
So let’s discuss this recipe for a minute. We’ve already established that you can use your favorite rice recipe to stuff these peppers but I decided to go with ground turkey because it was easier and faster too cook; using shredded chicken would work great too (which is what I typically do).
And since they’re cooked in the air fryer, they take about 35-40 minutes to roast which is much quicker than an hour in an oven . It should be noted though, that if you are cooking them both together, you’ll need to adjust the times accordingly!
These Stuffed Peppers With Ground Turkey turned out great and were so flavorful. If you wanted to serve these as appetizers or a main dish it is up to you!
