- 3 – 15 oz cans garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ tablespoon Dry Buttermilk Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated Onion
- 1/2 teaspoons dried Dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried Onion Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Chives
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Cooking spray (or 2 TBSP olive oil)
How do you make these ranch chickpeas?
- Preheat your air fryer at 400° for five minutes.
- Lay your garbanzo beans on a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Pat dry.
- Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Spread your chickpeas evenly in your air fryer. Don’t have any beans overlapping.
- Cook your beans for 30 minutes in the air fryer at 400° or until golden brown and toasted to your liking. Shake your basket every 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix together your seasonings: Buttermilk powder, parsley, garlic, onion, dill weed, onion flakes, chives, salt and pepper.
- Once your chickpeas are done, spray your chickpeas generously with cooking spray, or olive oil.
- Add your chickpeas to your ranch seasoning. Stir well so that the seasoning is evenly distributed over your beans.
- Serve and enjoy!
