1. In a saucepan over med-high, add a little bit of oil and sesame seeds. Once the seeds turn golden, brown your meat. Add your spices, vinegar, Soy sauce, and chopped green onions. Cook until most of the juices evaporate.
2. Layout egg roll wrapper in the position of a diamond.
3. Place two-there spoonsful of meat to the center of the wrapper.
