Easy Air Fryer Lemon Hand Pies For Dessert
Using pre-made pie crusts this easy dessert recipe will be one of your favorites!
Ingredients
- Pre-Made Pie Crusts
- 15oz Can Lemon Pie Filling
- 1 Egg
- Icing
- Round Press/Sealer (cookie cutter works as well)
Instructions
- Roll out the pie crust and use a round press to cut out circles.
- Take a half a spoonful of lemon pie filling and place it in the middle of half of your circles.
- Place the remaining circles on top of the lemon topped circles and use the press to mend together.
- Egg wash each peach pie.
- Place in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Remove from air fryer and transfer to a cooling rack.
- Cover in icing.
- Serve & enjoy.
